Using Ons.Bio
These terms govern use of Ons.Bio’s website, account dashboard, public pages, uploads, visitor messaging, analytics, and available creative tools. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. When you use a particular feature, any feature-specific notice or permission presented to you also applies to that use. Our Community guidelines form part of the standards for content and conduct. Our Privacy policy separately explains information handling; it is not blanket consent to every processing activity.
You must be legally able to enter the agreement and satisfy the minimum age and permission requirements applicable to you. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Do not create an account using someone else’s identity or authority. If you cannot meet these requirements, do not register or use account features.
Your account and security
Provide accurate registration information and protect your password and signed-in devices. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for taking reasonable steps to prevent misuse of your account. Do not share session credentials, attempt to use another person’s account, or allow a third party to bypass account restrictions through your access. Contact support promptly if you suspect compromise.
Your account has a permanent identifier separate from its username. A username is an address within the service, not a property right in a domain or a guarantee of permanent availability. Names may be reserved or changed to address impersonation, conflicting rights, technical needs, or abuse. Changing a username does not change the permanent account identifier or necessarily make previously shared page addresses inaccessible.
Some account fields and permissions are managed by administrators. A verification badge, Celeste entitlement, administrator role, or Private Client designation is feature access or a platform status, not an unrestricted authorization to act on behalf of Ons.Bio.
Publishing and managing your page
Ons.Bio provides a public link-in-bio page with profile information, enabled links, images, typography, design choices, and supported browser metadata. Your page is created automatically as part of the account experience. Edits may save as you work and become visible to visitors without a separate publish button. Review content before entering it, and avoid placing confidential information in public fields.
You are responsible for checking that your links lead to the intended destinations, that descriptions are accurate, and that you have any permissions or disclosures needed for offers, promotions, or third-party content. Disabling a link removes it from the current public presentation; it is not a recall of copies, screenshots, earlier analytics, or information already received by another service.
The dashboard, account email field, unpublished uploads, and inbox have access controls, but the platform is not a private-document storage service. Keep independent copies of important original files and content. Browser display protections and restrictions on direct file navigation cannot prevent someone from capturing content that is publicly displayed.
Your content and the permission we need
You retain any ownership and other rights you hold in the text, images, links, fonts, and other material you supply. By submitting material, you give Ons.Bio a non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt technically, transmit, and display it as reasonably needed to operate the features you use. This includes resizing or re-encoding images, serving selected fonts to visitors, maintaining operational copies, and processing material through requested creative tools.
That permission is for delivering and protecting the service, not a transfer of ownership. Service providers may process the material to perform those functions for us. The permission to show removed material as current public content ends when it is removed from that presentation, subject to technical propagation and any continuing retention needed for the purposes described in our Privacy policy. Removal does not undo lawful prior use or copies independently retained by other people.
You represent that you hold the rights and permissions needed to submit the material and grant this permission, including the rights of people depicted in an image. Do not upload secrets, someone else’s private information without authority, or material whose license forbids the intended hosting or display.
Fonts, images, and upload requirements
A font license must allow the way the font will actually be used, including web display and delivery to visitors’ browsers. Owning a desktop copy of a font does not automatically provide web-use rights. When uploading a font, you must select an accurate licensing category and accept the font agreement. Ons.Bio stores the declared category, agreement version, and acceptance time; these records do not establish that a third-party license is valid.
File type, size, storage, and plan limits apply. The upload interface and current plan details describe available limits. Unused fonts can be deleted from the library, but an active font must first be replaced or deselected and that change saved. You remain responsible for lawful use of generated material, licensed images, brand marks, and linked media; successful upload or generation is not legal clearance.
Acceptable use and community safety
Use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Do not publish or distribute fraud, phishing, malware, unlawful material, exploitative content, threats, targeted harassment, discriminatory abuse, non-consensual intimate material, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not use misleading redirects, fake affiliation, or impersonation to deceive visitors.
Do not probe or bypass authentication, access other users’ non-public information, overwhelm endpoints, evade restrictions, automate spam, manipulate reporting, or misuse AI tools to facilitate harmful activity. These standards apply to biographies, names, images, links and their intended destinations, inbox messages, reports, and assistant instructions—not just visible page text.
The Community guidelines explain these standards, reporting options, and review procedures in more detail. A link does not become acceptable merely because the harmful material is hosted elsewhere. Legitimate criticism or disagreement is not, by itself, a reason to file an abuse report.
Inbox messages and visitor information
The inbox is optional and disabled by default. If you enable it, you accept that visitors may send text with a self-provided name or no name. Names are not verified and a nameless message is not a guarantee of technical anonymity. Treat messages cautiously, do not follow suspicious instructions, and do not publish someone else’s private correspondence without an appropriate basis.
Page analytics provide activity counts and approximate locations, not verified people or precise addresses. Private Client access can provide additional approximate city detail. You must not use analytics or message information to harass, unlawfully identify, or discriminate against visitors. If your use makes you a data controller, you are responsible for the applicable notices, lawful basis, handling of requests, and other requirements.
Ons.Bio provides the technology, not a guarantee that a particular use complies with every jurisdiction. Ask support to review inaccurate page disclosures. The in-page privacy panel does not replace a separate data-processing agreement where one is legally required.
Creator subscriptions and promotional campaigns
Audience is controlled early access. Enable public signup only when you are authorized to send the messages described in your form. Collect affirmative permission; do not use purchased lists, scrape email addresses, subscribe someone without permission, or treat a page visit as consent. Do not use Audience for spam, impersonation, deceptive promotions, or attempts to evade opt-outs or provider suppression.
You are responsible for your campaign’s content, lawful sender identification, accurate and valid sender mailing address, applicable marketing disclosures, and handling of subscriber rights. Campaigns use the Ons.Bio sending address, identify the creator, and must retain the unsubscribe footer. Review the saved campaign before confirming a send. A provider-queued status is not proof of delivery, and already-delivered messages cannot be recalled.
The simplified implementation stores subscribers and campaigns in Resend and targets currently opted-in contacts in your profile’s segment. Platform and provider limits apply, including a maximum of 1,000 contacts per campaign. Access may be limited or revoked to protect recipients and the shared sending reputation. Revocation or hiding the follow button does not automatically erase existing records or cancel email already accepted by the provider.
Plans and purchase availability
Free features are available subject to the service’s current limits. Celeste adds supported capabilities such as a larger uploaded-font library, multiple profiles, and custom browser metadata. Private Client remains a separate administrator-managed status.
Celeste and Verified Star are separate one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Verified Star costs $3.99 USD per profile and adds a paid creator star only to the profile selected at checkout; Celeste does not include it. Each additional profile requires a separate purchase, and Stars do not transfer when creating or switching profiles. Existing account Star purchases apply to the main profile only. There is no recurring subscription. Review the product, amount, currency, and payment environment before completing checkout. Test payments are not real charges and do not grant access on the production site.
Viewing plans, registering, and administrator grants do not authorize a payment. Access is activated after payment confirmation. All paid purchases, including Celeste, Verified Star, and other paid add-ons, are final and non-refundable except where required by law. These are digital services whose benefits are made available after payment confirmation and cannot be returned like physical goods. Non-use, a change of mind, or deleting a profile does not qualify for a discretionary refund. Review the selected profile, product, and price before paying. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, including any applicable rights concerning cancellation, incorrect charges, or services not supplied. Contact support@ons.bio for billing issues. If a refund is issued, a full refund revokes only the entitlement funded by that payment, without revoking an unrelated grant or purchase. Never send payment-card information through the inbox or support email.
What verification means
A reviewed verification badge is reserved for notable, well-known, authentic users and is granted or removed by administrators for each profile individually. It cannot be purchased. Verified Star is a separate paid creator add-on, not an identity or notability review. Neither symbol guarantees the safety, legality, accuracy, or quality of a profile or its links, and neither is an endorsement by Ons.Bio.
External websites and transactions
External links and YouTube videos take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Ons.Bio does not become the seller, adviser, or contracting party for an offer simply by hosting the link. Evaluate the destination before sharing information, downloading software, or making a purchase. Disputes about an external transaction should be directed to the relevant provider, without limiting rights you may have under law.
Restrictions, reports, and review
We may restrict accounts, remove or disable access to content, limit features, or take other proportionate steps to address a violation, legal obligation, security threat, or risk to users and the service. Urgent action may be necessary before notice. A restriction can affect both the dashboard and the public availability of a page or its assets.
A report is information for review, not proof of a violation. We may consider available context, severity, repeated conduct, and competing rights. If you believe a restriction or decision is mistaken, contact support with the account or page URL, relevant facts, and the reason you seek review. Do not evade a restriction by creating replacement accounts. A request for review does not guarantee restoration.
Where required by law, applicable notice, reasons, review, or appeal obligations remain in effect. We do not promise continuous monitoring, a fixed response time for every report, or detection of all harmful material. If someone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than relying on the reporting queue.
Availability and reasonable limitations
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but outages, maintenance, network problems, and third-party failures can occur. Features may be modified or withdrawn, subject to any applicable obligations. Preview, early-access, and coming-soon descriptions are not a guarantee of a release date or permanent availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose. Analytics may be incomplete or inaccurate, and creative outputs require review. These statements do not exclude any non-excludable warranty, statutory guarantee, or duty of reasonable care.
Responsibility for loss will be determined under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or other protected categories of loss. We do not impose a blanket waiver of consumer rights through this document.
Leaving the service and resolving concerns
You can stop using the service at any time. Signing out does not close your account or remove your public page. The current dashboard does not include a complete account-deletion or data-export workflow. Contact support for account closure, removal, or an information request; the Privacy policy explains retention considerations and verification.
Before starting a formal dispute, you may contact support to describe the issue and the remedy you seek. This invitation does not require you to surrender a legal claim, accept mandatory arbitration, or give up access to a competent court or regulator. Applicable law determines the rights and jurisdiction that govern a particular dispute; these terms do not designate an unverified governing-law location.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Rights and obligations that necessarily continue after use ends—such as unresolved legal obligations, lawful retention, and responsibility for prior conduct—are not erased simply by signing out.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. The date at the top identifies the current revision. Where a material change requires advance notice or renewed agreement, the applicable process must be followed; publishing a new date is not a substitute for legally required notice.
Contact support@ons.bio for questions, account concerns, content or intellectual-property reports, and requests to review a decision. Include a relevant URL and concise facts, but never send a password or sign-in token. Keep a copy of important notices or correspondence for your records.
